Notes
A very slow and easy 3.1 miles tonight to finish off the long day of frustrating yet productive work. I took it easy because it was a long day at the desk and still a little to soon after eating dinner. I had a feeling I would be sorry for running so soon after eating Chick-fil-a, but I did it anyway and kinda paid for it. It was nice to run in the late evening as the world darkened, but I still prefer the early morning.
