Notes
Todays run was the best to date since the injury. I started off at the normal slower pace for the first half mile. I was feeling good so I decided to kick it up a notch. I did so and felt good, but also felt like I was pushing myself and was having trouble catching my breath so I know I was getting a good workout.
My leg hurt a little bit but not bad. When I got home it also hurt a little bit, but just a couple hours later it is feeling pretty good.
