Very good 4 mile run. This is the first run I had since having my wisdom tooth extracted and I was worried about it hurting from either the pounding on the road or throbbing from getting my heart rate up. I didn't have any problems at all and it was a great run all the way around. I was a bit worried about spitting since they warn you against that because of dry socket, so I didn't spit which made it a bit uncomfortable, but I got through.
