Notes
Went out for a 7 mile run about noon. Sun was up and hot, but the temps were in the high 70's so it wasn't so bad.
Ran the first 5 miles at tempo pace. Really overdid it for what I have been running and other conditions surrounding the run and stopped to walk a few steps after 5 miles. It then mentally got me and I walked off and on for the 6th mile before picking it back up for the last mile.
