Notes
Evening 4 miles with Payton. We waited till later for it to cool off so we only had to run in 86 degrees and 55% humidity. While it was still quite warm it wasn't nearly as bad as it would have been if the sun was still out. It felt nice and I really didn't start breaking a sweat until the first mile was nearly over. Of course that first mile was not very fast. It never is fast, but tonight it was a bit worse because we had just eaten 90 minutes before and I don't do running after eating very well. The worst part came when my sides started to hurt after mile 3 was complete.
We started slow and dropped the pace by between 20-40 seconds each mile. Felt good and not as bad as I thought it was going to be :)
