Nice really easy 4 miler. Michael showed up to run today. This was the first time he had run since the last time we ran together a week ago. Last week we only ran 2 miles together since it had been about 3 weeks since he had run. He has lost a lot right now. He was starting to have trouble with breathing just after a mile but he kept going for the 4 miles. He started getting cramps in his side in the 4th mile.
I felt great and it was just a nice easy run. I was hardly breathing hard when we stopped. I am not sure what happened, but my MyTach must have had an issue with the GPS because the 3rd mile beeped before it normally does. I would guess that the 3rd mile is a bit closer to 9:15 - 9:30.
