Notes
Went out for a cold windy run (29 degrees, feels like 19 with wind) with my oldest daughter Ashlee. Ashlee and I ran 2 1/2 and she hated me, was mad at me, etc for the last 1/2 mile because she thought we were only going to go 2 miles.
I kept going after dropping her off for another 4 1/2 miles for a total of 7 miles.
