Went to the Fleet Feet Running Group tonight. Went out with my daughter Ashlee who is trying to come back from an overuse injury (thigh) Went went out really slow and paid close attention the whole time. at about 1 mile it started hurting her and kept getting worse. We had a good turning point so we turned and headed back and ended at 1.5 miles. I ended up doing about 1/2 mile of strides following the short run as that was what was on the table for tonights workout. A short run, but that is ok.... wishing it was longer though.
