Drop back week so this mornings long run was only 12 miles and let me sleep in a little bit. I ran with a borrowed MyTach watch (thanks @Quadrathon) and it was nice to have my pace and distance on my arm again. Still didn't venture too far away from my known long run till I knew the watch was working right.

The run was good and I felt good throughout. It was humid at 94% but that didn't affect me as much as all the gear I was wearing.
I saw a lot of people out running this morning, and saw one lady running with the 13.1 Marathon shirt on from last year.... I wonder what she was training for :)
