Just an easy 3 miles. Was planning on going further but spent 15 minutes looking for my arm-band that holds my phone..... and then having to start waking people up to find out someone had borrowed it and it was attached to their bike in the garage. 20 minutes gone meant I only had time to go 3 miles.
The run went good and my calf felt good. I haven't run much at all this past couple weeks and won't be running again until Sunday's half marathon. Will be taking it easy for this race to keep from irritating the calf.
