Ran a 5k and pushed it hard to see what I could do. I was running alone this morning. This is the first time I dropped below 8 minutes since before breaking my collar bone a year ago. I have come close many times at 8:0x but this is the first time I actually did it. I pushed hard and it felt great!
Even though this wasn't a race - it still was almost a 5k PR - my current 5k PR is 23:23
