4 miles on an old route I haven't run in years, with an interesting end that left me almost heaving.
This 4 miles ends on an almost 1/4 mile incline and I was absolutely determined to run it in it's entirety. I was doing good, but just as I topped the hill I started to heave and had to slow to a walk. I almost lost it more than a few times, but was able to get it under control and slowly pick back up to a run to finish the last of the 4 miles. This is the worst I can remember having it in the past 5 years since starting to run.
