Notes
Three miles on some really fatigued legs. The first two miles felt belabored on these legs, but the further I went along the fresher my legs felt. By the time I hit the 2 mile mark and recovered from the hill I had just climbed my legs didn't feel fatigued at all. I naturally sped up to a pace where I fell into a groove and just hammered out the last mile in 9:13. My legs felt great that entire last mile, it was just my lungs that were calling me names I can't repeat here. :)
I went and did it..... I signed up for my first returning half marathon! http://262qst.com/1phqHv
