Tonight's run was our first night of actually going over our running form at the Running Form Clinic at West Stride with Kyle O'Day - http://262qst.com/qyxSX
The run started with just over a half mile easy run to get to the track, and then a bunch of ~100 meter runs to analyze and correct a piece of our running form. Mixing in a few drills and then we were headed back to the store with just over a half mile return run. I will follow up during the week with a blog post to go through a lot more detail in how the clinic went this week.
