Notes
This mornings run was really good. I started off easy and kicked it up a little bit each mile. My leg and foot felt good both during the run and the 10 min walk afterwards. It was 97% humidity and even spitting and sprinkling at times during the run. I had a police drive by me really slow when on Moon place Rd when I was in my third mile. He passed slow and then went up and turned around and passed me slow coming back by. Pretty funny.
