My daughters were going to the park to run trails with some XC friends and needed a ride so I took them and decided to go ahead and get my long run in this morning on the trails. It was a fall back week so only 10 miles on the schedule. I ran as many of the more technical trails as I could but this was the first time I had been to this park so I was trying to figure out the trails as well. We ran at the Yellow River park off of Junhar Road in Snellville.
