Notes
This was my first more than a mile since getting back after the injury. My groin hurt for just a second when starting but then was fine the rest of the run. My upper leg in the front was tight the whole time but felt good after finishing. I stretched both before and after.
I ran easy and there was some small hills in this 2 mile run, but not bad.
