Nice 10 mile long run through the technical trails at Tribble Mill Park. It was 39 degrees, but felt warmer than that so I ended up being a bit overdressed, but luckily didn't get too hot. The trails were a bit muddy in some areas making the going not so fast, but that was ok as I was enjoying the surroundings.
The last 1.5 miles was on the asphalt trail and you can definitely tell with the pace of the last couple miles.
