A fairly easy 4 mile run in the 40 degree weather with a 400m all out sprint following. Do I see a pattern of 4's here? 4, 40, 400? Pretty cool huh? :)
Good run, most of it run about 100m behind Payton but the second half of the run we ran together. She needed to do some drills and since we ran from the school we went down to the track. While she was doing her drills I walked a lap and then ran one all out. After that I chatted with another runner who always ran with us on our Tuesday night runs at Fleet Feet.
