Good 3 mile run this morning. An easy run, but I ran it more like a progressive run. Not sure why I can't run an easy run throughout and why I feel like I always need to run negative splits.
After running I walked about a mile. I have been doing this a while and have been passing this rather large man while he is either walking or running. This morning the way I walked I ended up coming up beside him as opposed to head on past him. We ended up walking together and talking for about 1/2 mile. He has lost 20lbs so far and has been doing this for about 6 weeks. If you know anything about my past you know why I had to type something up about this.
