Notes
We are in Crawfordsville, Indiana with family. We headed out for a run, Payton, my brother in law Brian, and myself. It was hard since we went out a bit faster than was appropriate for me right now. We ran the firs two miles at 9:00 pace and then slowed it down a bit for the last two. during the last mile Payton ran and I did a little run/walk to keep her in my sight.
