Notes

This mornings run went good. I went out for 6 miles and my left upper thigh started to hurt a little bit and also under my left foot still. I noticed that this seems to happen when I am running at a slower pace. When I ran the race neither of them hurt even a bit. I stretched before and after. I stretched a lot after, which I think is what I need to do - increase my stretching!
