Went back out for 6 miles with Payton (following my 16 mile morning run http://cli.gs/mASu8z ) because she needed to get a long run in. After a couple miles her arch started hurting so we walk/ran for the next couple miles and walked the last 2 miles home - trying to avoid injury. (this took place Sunday night - her foot was fine today - Monday)
