Notes
This race went really good, it was my best race so far. I kept up with Colin and Karen till about 2 1/2 miles and then they only pulled away slightly. I kept them in view the entire time, and only finished about 25 seconds behind them.
I felt good throughout the race, but since I ran so hard I was really breathing hard the last mile and a half and my legs were starting to hurt.
