Notes
Went out for 7 miles right after church, before lunch. The first 5 miles with my two daughters Payton and Ashlee, and the last 2 miles with my son Brady. Ashlee is still having trouble with her legs, but mainly when she is running with me..... strange. It was a slow run so I didn't time it. Started out overcast and 56, ended with it just getting sunny and 65 degrees.
