After what happened Sunday I was worried I would be out for a while again. After my run I was cleaning and putting away a power cord (you know the kind with the big plug) and I slipped and stepped right on it, and one of the prongs punctured my foot in the arch and went all the way in. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to run again for some time.
I took a few days off because of the foot, but went out for a run while my son was at Lacrosse practice tonight. It hurt a little bit, but not bad. I got 2.5 miles before calling in quits..... It is taking a long time to get my fitness back.... but it will get here!
