Went for a great 5 mile run with my daughter Ashlee....... or should I say 5.2 mile run? This is so awesome, a new distance PR for her, and honestly the best run I have ever had with her. She complained very little and even pushed through some pain without even saying anything to me. I am so proud of her :)
As for me, my left hamstring was hurting a little bit, and the first mile sucked, but after about 1.5 miles my hamstring loosened up and didn't bother me at all and the run got much better.
