Wasn't planning on going running tonight but decided to run tonight so I could sleep in tomorrow morning. Nobody was here when I got home so the timing was good, but I unfortunantly ate a yogurt a couple hours earlier and about 4 mini chocolate bars on the way home from work - both of which made this run kinda blah!
I also had trouble with my GPS not syncing up for the first two miles so I didn't realize how fast I was running and overdid it. I knew I was running fast, but just not that fast. I had to cool it down a lot for the last half mile because I just overdid it.
My left thigh was hurting a little bit at the end of the run. No running tomorrow so that is good.
