Notes
Good run tonight at the Tuesday night group run. Ran the first 1.5 miles with Robbie Hammett and went out way too fast (at 7:54) for what I have been running lately (or lack thereof). The next little bit I ran by myself and finished at 8:19 for the second mile. Last 3/4 miles I ran with Jack Bruce who came to the running group for the first time.
It was over-all a bit faster than I wanted to, but it did feel good to get a decent speed run in.
