Group run at Fleet Feet Lawrenceville tonight. Was supposed to be a tempo run but I didn't run it at quite the intensity of a tempo run. Did run each of the first 4 miles progressively faster and then slowed it down for the final .75
Good run and my Achilles felt good which is very positive :)
