Notes
The run went really good. This was the first time I ran 10 miles. I stretched a little bit before and stretched a lot afterwards. I had pains here and there throughout the whole time, but nothing that made me think I needed to stop, more just because I was running good.
I started a little fast and that showed near the end when I slowed down. I still maintained a good time throughout. I drank a water bottle about half way through, and also a Raspberry Hammer Gel. I think it did help since I hadn't eaten anything all morning.
