Great run tonight at the Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville. Both my daughters came along with me, even after they both ran 4.5 miles since school let out at noon. We lead the 9:00/min group for the first mile and then pulled ahead to finish off the single loop. Most of the rest of the group went 2 loops but since I put in 4 this morning and they both put in the 4.5 after school we felt OK calling it after the single 2.5 mile loop.
