I love to run!
Went out for 2-3 miles and started with and out and back 2 miles so I would have the opportunity to stop at 2 miles if I needed to because of leg pain etc. Was feeling good so went ahead and continued for another 1.1 miles on a hilly circle. Felt good and went better than I expected. The first 3 miles since the 3 miler that I was hurt on.
