3.7 mile tempo run. Temps were 82 with about 69% humidity and hot sun. By the time Payton and I returned it was 84 with 67% humidity. I am sure glad the humidity dropped to offset the 2 degrees the temps climbed :)
The third mile was the hilliest and contained the hardest hill we ever run. It is less than a mile from home but we don't always get to run it.
