Notes
This mornings run went really good. I stretched before and after. I felt good the entire time, and ran sub 10:00 min miles every mile but one. I didn't feel really tired the entire time, except for the hills. My legs (calves) started hurting a bit about 5 miles in. Started somewhere around 39 degrees and was 54 when I got home after running and walking for an additional 25 min.
