Notes
Last 12 miler before the marathon this morning. It was a bit chilly, but not cold at the 46 degrees. Got going and got close to the pace I wanted for this run pretty quickly. The Achilles was a little sore after about mile 4 but calmed down around 8. Nice run at a nice easy pace.
Sped it up for the last 3 miles. In the last mile I found a Florida Gators car flag. Considering the game yesterday and the fact that I live in Bulldog territory I just had to pick it up. If I considered myself anything I would consider myself a Bulldog fan...... however, yes the flag is on my car - just to mess with everybody :)
