Notes
8 mile pace run tonight. Started the run at 7:00 pm when the sun was still shining. Don't like running in the sun, especially on longer runs, but I didn't have a choice. Today was supposed to be my day off, but tomorrow morning is my girls first XC meet and we have to be there by 7:00 am. Ashlee races at 8:30 and Payton races at 10:30, then my son Brady has a football game at 1:00 so there is no time to run tomorrow morning. I also can't run tomorrow night because of my 16 mile long run Sunday morning.
First 3 miles were hard. I am guessing this was mainly because of the sun. It got a little better through the rest of the run. 4, 5, and 6 were my slowest (other than #1 which is always my slowest) 7 and 8 were my fastest which is normal for me :)
