Notes
Went for a 4.7 mile run immediately following church before lunch. Started with two miles with my 8 y.o. son Brady. First mile he said his legs were hurting and he didn't want to run, I told him it was because he spent the last week on the couch because of Spring Break. When we started the second mile he said his legs felt stronger :) It showed in his times of 9:53 first mile and 9:06 second mile. Very proud of him :)
I went back out to finish off my run with another 2.7 miles. Turned out to be a nice progressive run. Even though the pollen is still bad it didn't bother me as much as yesterday. I guess it was the mowing the lawn and all the pollen that went along with that that caused my big issues yesterday.
