Great 4 mile run with Payton. I went a bit faster than I would have by myself but I don't like to go too slow for Payton. Legs and everything felt great. I think I am almost completely recovered from the marathon last Saturday. I went ahead and marked it as easy because it wasn't fast enough to call it a tempo.
