Notes
Went for a 4 mile really easy run with my oldest daughter Ashlee. She is having a lot of trouble with her shins so we stopped a lot so she could stretch. I was going to continue on for a couple more miles but my calf started hurting ever so slightly just before ending the four so I decided to just play it safe and stick to the four.
It was funny that yesterday the Run the Reagan start time of noon was below freezing and with 4 inches of snow still on the ground...... and then today at 4:00 a lot of the snow is gone and I ran in shorts & a t-shirt - crazy!
