Notes
This run was immediately following a 2 mile run with my 8 year old son. I started fine and where I should have but then kicked it up a bit faster than I should have. I planned on running easy but the rain, thunder, and little bit of hail at mile 1 got to me and invigorated me. I started feeling it about mile two and so slowed the pace ever so slightly. The run was a good run but a bit faster than I should have run the day after a hard run with my daughter.
