10.3 mile run this morning broken up into two runs one immediately following the other. Went out for 8 miles and then came home to wake up my daughter to get ready for church and then right back out to finish up the run.
A cooler morning this morning at just 64 degrees and only 79% humidity. It was nice weather to run in.
I actually remembered to put some music on the mp3 player so I didn't have to listen to Sunday morning Public Radio on every station!
