An evening 10 mile run to mix things up a bit and remind me why I usually run in the early morning. I stayed up too late last night and getting up to run my 10 miles at 4:00 am was not an option. Decided to run it after getting home. Didn't realize it was going to get that dark so fast and there is just too many cars on the road. The cars do not get over like they do in the morning.
My pace got a little slow in the middle of the run. The forth mile was because I was running on a very busy road without sidewalks..... on a long hill, but not sure what happened in mile 6 because that was fairly flat.
