Well, that was frustrating...... The last time I ran on Wednesday my calf started hurting after a mile so I had to walk home. Today I took off slowly as usual and then about 1/2 mile in it started to hurt a bit so I had to turn around and walk home. Wondering when I will ever get past this. :(
