Notes
This was the S.W.A.T. Trot 5k Race.
This was Payton's first 5k race and I am very proud of her. I am going to talk a lot more about this on my blog and will add a link to this page once I get the race report done.
We started off a bit too fast I think, but I thought it was a good pace that she would be able to maintain. I found out about half way through that she was not going to be able to maintain and so out second half really suffered because of that.
