First 6 miles (52:30 -8:47 pace) with lots of hills in the first 2 and last 2 miles. Ran to the New Alexander Park - one loop - and then back. Then took a 10 minute hydration/rest break while stopping to pick up my daughter Payton for the second part of the run - we went out for 5 miles together (46:22 - 9:15 pace). We walk a couple times in her last 2 miles because her stomach was hurting pretty bad. (overall 11 miles - 1:38:52 - 9:00 pace)
