Notes
This mornings early long run. Left just after 6:30 with both Ashlee and Payton who ran with me for the first 6 miles. I then dropped them off, took a pit stop, and went back out to finish the last 5 miles. Got the run done before it got too hot or too sunny. Felt good, and kept it under a 9:00 min pace.
