Notes
After running this morning I was not planning on running tonight as well but Ashlee texted me and asked me to run with her. We took off with Brady in tow riding his bike. This caused a little bit of issues and I ended up trying to catch Ashlee. I was wondering what was going on when I was running pretty quick but having trouble catching her. She stopped at the mile marker and 7:50 was on my watch, by the time I got there it was 8:16.
Once we took off from there we slowed the pace a little bit, but still kept a pretty good pace for the rest of the almost 3 miles. Ashlee's side started hurting in the last mile, but her feet and shins were good the entire time with her new blue Superfeet inserts we bought yesterday :) I told her her side was probably hurting from not quite enough hydration, running the first mile too fast, and the heat.
Whew..... I am tired..... off to BBQ!! :)
