Good 5 mile (cold) run this morning with the girls. Ashlee did great in the first mile and ran a 9:35, her fastest yet. We dropped her off and Payton and I continued on for another 4 miles to finish off the 5 miles. It was harder than normal,, but I would expect that after a eating day like yesterday.
