Notes
A 4.1 mile run this morning to celebrate my birthday. It was a little cold at 30 degrees so I couldn't run in my birthday suit so I had to opt for some warmer clothing. The run was good, but I faded near the end..... I guess that is what getting old does to you :)
I slept in today a little bit since we have a short day at work. Didn't hit the road till 7:15, a full two hours later than normal.
